Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Director and Conservation Advisor in project planning, supervision, implementation and coordination.
• Supervise implementation of works from Tendering step to project Implementation and the Reception of the Project after completion, including rehabilitation phases.
• Support financial and administrative procedures related to contractors, sub-contractors, project stakeholders, planning of expenditures and process, in coordination with AKCS-Syria Financial Department.
• Track and report on project schedules, costs, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain project monitoring systems, including monthly progress reports and recovery plans.
• Review and manage construction documentation, including contracts, work orders, invoices, and insurance certificates. In addition to quantity survey.
• Oversee technical services, site safety, and quality control.
• Ensure timely communication and reporting to project leadership and relevant authorities.
• Perform other tasks related to the project implementation, coordination, and site supervision as assigned.

Qualifications
• Architect University Degree, with a previous experience in same domain of this project.
• Knowledge of historic building techniques and preservation methods.
• Experience in project management, construction supervision, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and oral.
• Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Values-driven, professional, and capable of handling responsibilities beyond standard duties.
• Occasional travel to Damascus may be required.
• Knowledge of historic building techniques and preservation methods.
• Experience in project management, construction supervision, and budgeting.
