Responsibilities
Fly Cham is seeking to appoint an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and manage the company’s compensation, benefits, and payroll functions. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll operations, compliance with labor laws and aviation-related allowances, and alignment with the company’s salary structure and HR policies.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Review and approve salary offers for new hires, transfers, and promotions in line with the approved salary scale.
2. Oversee and approve monthly payroll additions, deductions, and modifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Review and approve end-of-service benefit calculations after completion of clearance procedures.
4. Validate flight hour reports, overtime, and holiday allowances for aviation and support staff according to company regulations.
5. Approve and monitor the annual payroll payment calendar and ensure timely implementation.
6. Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
7. Supervise updates to HR systems related to salary data, social insurance, working hours, and promotions.
8. Lead and manage the Compensation & Benefits team, including performance management, budgeting, manpower planning, and alignment with corporate strategy.
9. Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferably in Human Resources Management).
• 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience in managing payroll, compensation, and benefits systems in medium to large organizations, preferably in aviation or similar complex operations.
• Solid knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and statutory deductions with the ability to ensure full compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems, strong reporting skills, and good proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work under strict payroll deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.
