Responsibilities
Procurement Management:
- Handle daily procurement activities in compliance with Tdh procedures and “best value for money” principles.
- Receive and verify purchase requests, collect quotations, and process direct purchases.
- Maintain and update the PR tracker and ensure timely communication with requesters.
- Archive procurement files properly (scanning, uploading to SharePoint, filing).
- Support reception control with logistics staff and arrange bookings for guests and trainings.

Fleet Management / Transportation:
- Ensure adherence to Tdh fleet management procedures (fuel, logbooks, maintenance).
- Update fleet trackers (mileage, fuel, maintenance) and share regularly with the Senior Logistics Officer.
- Supervise the proper use of vehicle logbooks and organize the delivery of goods to final destinations.

Stock Management:
- Receive and verify deliveries, report discrepancies, and ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
- Maintain orderly and secure storage conditions.
- Participate in periodic physical stock counts.

IT & Equipment Management:
- Label and track all equipment according to Tdh procedures.
- Maintain and update equipment lists and personal assignment sheets.
- Ensure maintenance, participate in inventories, and report any loss or damage.

Infrastructures & Premises Management:
- Conduct regular safety checks (electricity, fire hazards, security equipment) and take corrective measures when needed.
- Manage office consumables and supplies (stationery, water, beverages, etc.).
- Prepare meeting and training rooms, ensure proper installation of equipment/furniture.
- Report any safety or security concerns to line management or the Senior Security Officer.

Main responsibilities Finance:
- Conduct compliance check on procurement files following Tdh compliance check list and report the missing documents prior sending to coordination office;
- Manage Petty Cash, withdraw cash and do the clearance by the end of each month, as per Tdh Guidelines.

Main responsibilities HR:
- Support HR Department with collecting and signing HR documents.

Reporting:
- Proactively communicate the progress of the logistics tasks and any difficulties encountered to the line manager (PR Tracker, KMs…).


Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree at least.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in the Logs.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational behavior.
- Fluency in oral and written communication in English, negotiation skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets).

Languages:
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

IT know-how:
- Very good IT skills including MS office, Outlook, Sharepoint.
