Responsibilities
3. Key responsibilities and tasks required by this role include:

I. Data Collection and Management:

• Support the design and implementation of RCCE data collection tools, including community feedback mechanisms, perception surveys, KAP studies, rumor tracking tools, and social listening systems.
• Ensure systematic collection of quantitative and qualitative RCCE data from health facilities, community health workers, call centers, partners, and digital platforms.
• Maintain and update RCCE databases in line with national data management standards.

II. Data Quality Assurance:

• Conduct routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency.
• Provide technical support and guidance to data collectors and field teams on RCCE data tools and reporting procedures.
• Analysis, Reporting, and Visualization
• Analyze RCCE data to identify trends in community perceptions, misinformation, trust, and engagement.
• Produce regular RCCE analytical reports, dashboards, and briefs to inform policy, strategy, and operational decisions.
• Support the development and tracking of RCCE indicators and key performance metrics.

III. Community Feedback and Accountability:

• Manage community feedback data, including complaints, suggestions, and concerns, and support timely referral and response mechanisms.
• Ensure feedback loops are documented and used to adapt communication strategies and health interventions.

IV. Coordination and Information Sharing:

• Coordinate with relevant MoH departments, surveillance units, health information systems, and RCCE partners to ensure data integration and avoid duplication.
• Support reporting to senior management, national task forces, and external partners.
• Capacity Building and System Strengthening
• Support training of MoH staff and partners on RCCE data collection, analysis, and use.
• Contribute to the development and revision of RCCE data guidelines, SOPs, and reporting tools.

4. Deliverables

• The RCCE Technical facilitator shall report upon activities undertaken and completed, aligned to the Terms of Reference, on a monthly basis.
• Functional RCCE data collection and reporting system.
• Periodic RCCE analytical reports (weekly, monthly, and emergency-specific).
• Updated RCCE dashboards and indicator tracking tools.
• Data quality assessment reports and improvement plans each quarter
• Documented community feedback summaries and action tracking.
• In performing the work, the RCCE Technical facilitator shall comply with the applicable terms of the ORGANIZATION contractual requirements and policy.


Qualifications
Education:

University degree in public health, community health, social sciences, or a related discipline (master’s degree is preferable)

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience working in community health, health education or supporting community-based initiatives for health.
• Experience in data management, monitoring and evaluation, or information management in public health or humanitarian settings is highly desirable.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ORGANIZATION RCCE frameworks and public health emergency response is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple deadlines
• Ability to think outside the box and make innovative proposals for RCCE and community-based interventions
• Experience in disaster management or outbreak response.
