Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Strategy Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Analyze organizational needs and ensure the availability of the human resources required to achieve strategic goals.
Recruitment Management:
- Develop recruitment strategies and attract suitable talent.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to conduct interviews and select the best candidates.
- Define job requirements and oversee the announcement of vacancies.
Performance Management:
- Implement annual performance appraisal systems and provide necessary support to managers throughout the evaluation process.
- Develop training and incentive plans to enhance employee performance and increase productivity.
Employee Relations Management:
- Handle employee relations matters, including negotiations with unions and dispute resolution.
- Ensure the maintenance of a respectful and positive work environment.
- Advise management on labor-related issues and relevant legislation.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Develop compensation and benefits policies in line with industry standards to motivate employees.
- Ensure a balance between fair pay, employee performance, and market competitiveness.
Training and Development:
- Identify employee training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance skills.
- Ensure the development of a comprehensive training plan to strengthen employee capabilities and support career growth.
HR Policy Management:
- Develop internal HR policies and ensure compliance by all employees.
- Update policies in accordance with legal changes or organizational needs.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure that all HR activities comply with local and international laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and address any potential legal issues.
HR Data Analysis:
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses on overall HR performance, including recruitment rates, employee retention, and hiring costs.
- Provide recommendations to senior management based on available data to improve HR strategies.
Promoting Workplace Culture:
- Work to enhance the work environment and foster an organizational culture that reflects the organization’s values and goals.
- Encourage effective internal communication across different departments within the organization.




Qualifications
Requirements and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent are preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of [number] years of experience in Human Resources, including experience managing an HR team.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee training, and developing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.

The organization implements integrated programs in the areas of governance, economic empowerment, social cohesion, and civic engagement, with a particular focus on the inclusion of women, youth, and marginalized groups.
