Responsibilities
Monitoring

Support the development and implementation of detailed M&E plans and Indicator Performance Tracking Tables (ITTs) based on project logframes.
Track progress against targets and provide regular trend analyses and updates to program teams.
Support the design and implementation of monitoring tools in collaboration with IM and program teams.
Ensure timely and accurate data collection from field MEAL staff in line with project targets.
Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and completeness of monitoring data.

Evaluation

Support or lead baseline, endline, and other evaluation activities, including Third Party Monitoring and needs assessments.
Contribute to donor reports by providing accurate data analysis and narrative inputs.
Support the Snr MEAL Officer in implementing project-specific MEAL plans, tools, and reporting templates.
Participate in internal learning and reflection sessions to inform program improvements.

Accountability

Support the implementation of effective Complaints, Feedback, and Response Mechanisms (CFRM).
Ensure the mechanism is functional, accessible, and well-communicated to all beneficiaries.
Prepare and share monthly trend analyses of complaints and feedback, highlighting response status.
Support investigations and follow-up on sensitive complaints in coordination with Accountability Officer.

Learning & Information Management

Work closely with the Information Management (IM) team to maintain and update databases, dashboards, and tracking systems.
Contribute to data visualization and analysis products that inform decision-making and reporting.
Build the capacity of program and partner staff on MEAL tools, data collection, and reporting systems.
Support the use and sharing of data, lessons learned, and best practices across teams and partners.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, social sciences, economics, information management, information technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant MEAL experience in humanitarian or NGO settings.
Strong experience in monitoring, evaluation, data management, and reporting.
Proven ability to design MEAL tools, and assessments (PDM, KAP, baseline/endline).
Advanced skills in Excel, good knowledge of Power BI preferred.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in complex, multi-actor environments.
Fluency in Arabic and good working proficiency in English.

The salary will be defined according to the SAMS salary scale.
