Responsibilities
General Role:
The Technical Supervisor is responsible for providing direct technical supervision to Case Managers and ensuring the quality of case management services in compliance with approved standards and guidelines. The Technical Supervisor oversees a maximum of 5 to 8 Case Managers to ensure effective follow-up and high-quality support.
Work Locations: Azaz – Safira – Manbij – Aleppo
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly individual supervision sessions with Case Managers.
- Provide technical and psychosocial support to Case Managers.
- Review complex cases and provide appropriate guidance.
- Organize regular meetings for the case management team.
- Monitor staff well-being and support the prevention of burnout and secondary trauma.
- Conduct regular audits of case files.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols and guiding principles.
- Support and strengthen the quality of case management services and overall performance improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced experience in managing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) cases.
- In-depth knowledge of the Inter-Agency Guidelines for Managing GBV Cases (2017).
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Ability to provide professional psychosocial support.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in reviewing case files.
