• Supervise on-site execution of commercial shop fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with workers, workshops, and contractors to ensure proper workflow.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Inspect and approve completed work items on site.
• Follow up on finishing materials and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve execution issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates with the design and management teams
when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in retail or commercial fit-out
projects.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials and construction methods.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and execution drawings.
• Preferably proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing or modifying shop drawings if
needed.
• Ability to manage workers and workshops effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work across different Syrian governorates depending on project
needs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in retail or commercial fit-out
projects.
