Responsibilities
• Participate in the direct implementation of Oxfam FES activities including community mobilisation, beneficiary registration and verification, Agriculture interventions.
• Engage with farmers and agricultural stakeholders on regular basis in different stages of the project cycle.
• Working with community members and representatives to facilitate the program implementation and proactively achieve solutions to problems arising.
• Lead and carry out household interviews/survey, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, data collection as per plans. Data entry can be required.
• Provides support to implement program activity plans in line with agreed standard procedures and Oxfam Code of Conduct.
• Working in a team and coordination with other FES staff and with other department staff
• Supervision and follow up of beneficiaries to ensure data recording (attendance lists, meeting minutes, delivery notes, distribution lists, questionnaires, etc.).
• Support the process of resolving challenges with target communities and beneficiaries.
• Work patterns are high pressure and require proper judgement about basic adjustment and urgent action on routine.
Collect and make local information accessible and usable by project management and nonspecialists.
Support the process of coordination with Project Support Committees and community leaders to participate in decision making and support delivery process.
Support Agriculture and Livelihoods (Value chain and Agriculture) Officer, site engineers, and volunteers in engaging with communities through meetings and interviews.
Support any on-going work with Oxfam partners or Oxfam field support personnel.
Drafting notes of field visits for review by programme team; preparing secondary data analysis and reports as required by the programme team.
Support the logistical preparations related to the facilitation of local workshop/trainings/events for the targeted groups.
Managing any complaints/feedback Through Oxfam right channels.
Collection of community perceptions & observations and data entry through the appropriate channels.
Archiving and documentation tracking.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
•Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or other related Fields with Two years of proven Experience in Implementing Food Security and Livelihoods Projects.
Or High School Certificate and/or agricultural technical certificate with three Years of proven Experience in Implementing Food Security and Livelihoods Projects.
•Previous Experience in Local or International NGOs.
Experience, Knowledge & Competencies
•Demonstrated Experience in Implementing Agriculture-Related Emergency Food Security, Livelihood Project Activities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Experience Using Participatory Approaches to Deliver Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Cash Grant Intervention.
•Experience in Working with Stakeholders, Community-Based Organizations, and Local Partners.
•Strong Communication Skills.
•Strong Ability to Work in Teams
•Flexibility Under Pressure and ability to manage Work Stress.
•Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic language.
