1-Led the execution of a hotel-wide restructuring plan in close collaboration with department heads.
2-Championed change management initiatives by communicating vision, and motivating teams to adopt new systems and processes.
3-Provided strategic oversight across core operations.
4-Monitored performance through key transformation metrics, driving accountability, efficiency gains, and cost optimization.
5-Led quality assurance initiatives to align service delivery and product standards with the new brand vision.
6-ensure physical product and service delivery meet the redefined brand standards.
7-Mentor department heads in the new leadership behaviors required for the transformed organization, data-driven decision-making, and professionalism.
8-Identify and develop high-potential talent within the operational teams to build a pipeline of future leaders for the "new Damarose".

Qualifications
1-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration, or a related field, A Master's degree is highly preferred.
2-minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a multi-departmental leadership role such as Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or large-scale Operations Manager.
