Responsibilities
General Role:
The Stabilization Support Unit is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Aleppo. The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and facilitating all logistical operations to ensure the smooth implementation of humanitarian programs. This role includes supporting procurement activities, transportation, warehouse management, and distribution, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and international standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistical operations to ensure alignment with program needs.
- Support procurement processes and monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist in warehouse management, ensuring proper storage and tracking of materials.
- Coordinate transportation and distribution to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Track assets and equipment, and assist with periodic inventory management.
- Prepare regular logistical reports and contribute to data analysis to improve operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security standards in all logistical activities.
- Liaise with internal teams, field staff, and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support emergency and rapid response logistics as required.


Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, preferably in the humanitarian sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain management according to international standards.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and standards of integrity and transparency.
