Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain a technical/construction project monitoring system, ensuring compliance by all on-site parties.
2. Supervise work progress, conduct site inspections, and coordinate joint verification visits.
3. Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality audits, drawings, and issued variations/addendums.
4. Coordinate with government authorities, engineers, and partners to align project activities with plans.
5. Report technical issues and completed work, submitting progress updates to the Program Engineer and Project Manager.
6. Conduct daily inspections of Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical works on-site.
7. Review materials with contractors before installation across all disciplines.
8. Ensure compliance with general on-site safety regulations.
9. Prepare detailed project drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
10. Prepare technical, payment, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
11. Perform accurate quantity take-offs for civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.
12. Conduct project site investigations and assessments.
13. Travel to project sites as required for supervision and inspections.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution in architecture or civil engineering.
Experience and Skills:
Five years of relevant professional experience as an engineer/architect and civil and structural
Three years of previous experience in contracting, renovation, maintenance, and construction work in syria.
Excellent written and oral communication and networking skills
Excellent in AutoCAD, Revite, and Engineering programs
Proficient use of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Languages:
Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution in architecture or civil engineering.
