Responsibilities
1. Project Implementation & Coordination
• Support the Project Manager in planning, implementation, and monitoring of vocational training, business development training, grants, and tool kit provision activities in line with donor requirements and organizational standards.
• Develop detailed activity plans for each project component and ensure their effective and timely implementation in the field.
• Consolidate inputs from field teams for weekly/monthly planning and progress updates across all livelihood activities.
• Ensure compliance with accountability, safeguarding, gender equality, and protection mainstreaming principles throughout all project components.
• Escalate key challenges, risks, and field-level issues to the Project Manager with practical recommendations.
2. Technical Supervision & Quality Assurance
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and supervision to the field team to ensure consistency and quality in the delivery of vocational training and business development training sessions.
• Prepare BoQs, workplans, and monitoring tools for tool kit procurement and distribution processes prior to submission to the Project Manager.
• Ensure that vocational training content, trainers, and facilities meet the required technical and organizational standards.
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of business development training sessions and coaching, ensuring content is contextually appropriate and delivered on schedule.
• Oversee the grant disbursement process, ensuring selection criteria are applied transparently, documentation is complete, and disbursements are compliant with donor and organizational requirements.
• Conduct regular joint field visits to training sites and distribution points to assess progress, quality, and beneficiary satisfaction.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Oversee the collection, verification, and consolidation of field-level data, including attendance sheets, beneficiary lists, post-distribution monitoring (PDM) forms, and feedback forms across all project components.
• Monitor and track beneficiary enrolment, training completion rates, grant utilization, and tool kit distribution to ensure targets are being met.
• Compile and analyze field data and reports, and submit consolidated progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Document success stories, lessons learned, and case studies related to vocational training outcomes, grant impact, and business development results for donor reporting and communication purposes.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, archiving, and documentation across all livelihood components.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
• Support the Project Manager in liaising with local authorities, training providers, community committees, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders in Aleppo.
• Represent FCA in coordination meetings and working groups when delegated by the Project Manager.
• Promote inclusive participation of women, youth, and persons with disabilities in vocational training, business development training, and grant activities.


Qualifications
Experience and technical competencies: (include years of experience)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in livelihoods programming within humanitarian or development organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of vocational training, business development training, grant management, and tool kit provision within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring training activities, supporting grant disbursement processes, and overseeing in-kind distributions in a field-based setting.
• Proven ability to coordinate with training providers, suppliers, local authorities, and community stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Strong data management, reporting, and documentation skills, including experience with beneficiary tracking, attendance records, and post-distribution monitoring.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with donor compliance requirements, humanitarian standards, and safeguarding and protection mainstreaming principles.
Education: (include certificates, licenses etc.)
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
• Additional training in livelihoods, project management, or humanitarian response is an asset.
Languages: (indicate fluency level)
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.


Salary and Benefits
As per FCA salary scale
Contract will be Service contract for 3 months renewable according to the budget availability and performance.
