Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Supervise all logistics and transportation operations in Falcons Trading(FT), including vehicle movement and distribution, warehouse and yard management, and fleet coordination. Ensure vehicle readiness and safety, monitor customs procedures and port clearances, and prepare accurate reports to track performance and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1- Shipping & Ports
Manage and monitor vehicle shipments domestically and internationally, via sea and land.
Coordinate with local and international ports for smooth customs clearance.
Work with freight forwarders to select optimal shipping options in terms of time and cost.
Prepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List) ensuring accuracy with shipped vehicles.
Resolve any customs clearance issues or shipment delays promptly.
2- Vehicle Movement & Distribution
Manage daily vehicle movement between warehouses, yards, showrooms, and branches.
Plan vehicle distribution according to business needs and ensure correct placement.
Continuously track vehicle locations and readiness for operation.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon receipt and prior delivery to ensure safety.
3- Warehouse & Yard Management
Oversee vehicle storage yards and warehouses, ensuring efficient organization.
Accurately record all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Organize vehicle parking to maximize space utilization.
Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile with records.
Maintain organized vehicle keys and spare keys according to parking numbers and chassis numbers.
4- Fleet & Transport Coordination
Supervise drivers and daily transport operations.
Schedule transportation and deliveries, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Monitor vehicle readiness for movement and ensure safe transport.
5- Monitoring & Reporting
Document all vehicle movements and condition accurately.
Report delays, damages, or errors immediately.
Prepare periodic reports on fleet, shipping, and inventory to monitor performance.
6- Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Sales and Management to ensure vehicle availability according to demand.
Ensure effective communication between warehouses, drivers, freight forwarders, and branches.

Qualifications
University degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
Preferably experience in the automotive sector.
Proven experience in maritime and land shipping.
Good knowledge of local ports and customs procedures.
Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
