Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to tobacco sales
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) optional
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy
• Strong leadership and team management skills
