Responsibilities
• Lead the cybersecurity strategy and resilience framework for all airport technology environments, supporting the Director in establishing governance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities across airport technology systems, enterprise IT, and operational technology (OT) platforms.
• Implement and manage security controls to protect networks, servers, applications, and endpoint devices.
• Coordinate cybersecurity incident response activities, including threat mitigation, investigation, and reporting.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing, managing remediation activities.
• Ensure proper security configuration and monitoring of network infrastructure, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with aviation cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ICAO, local Civil Aviation Authority).
• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and update all cybersecurity documentation, policies, and operational procedures.
• Support and coordinate cybersecurity audits and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Develop cybersecurity resilience strategies to ensure the availability and continuity of critical airport technology systems.
• Support the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technology systems.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices across all airport departments and technology teams.
• Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives with airport stakeholders, operational teams, and external partners.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline (mandatory).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH are highly preferred.
• Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity leadership or management role.
• Experience in airports, airline, or similarly critical transportation technology environments is essential.
• Proven experience securing enterprise infrastructure, networks, and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs.
• Aviation cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ICAO), enterprise network security, security monitoring and incident response, vulnerability management, risk assessment methodologies, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, security governance (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Strong cybersecurity risk management and incident response capabilities, excellent analytical and threat assessment skills, ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams, strong stakeholder management and communication, ability to operate effectively in mission-critical 24/7 environments.
