Responsibilities
• Define and establish airport data governance standards and reporting frameworks across all airport technology systems.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for airport operational reporting and analytics platforms aligned with the digital transformation strategy.
• Design and develop operational dashboards and reporting platforms using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Deliver automated reporting solutions to support airport operational performance monitoring.
• Develop analytical reports identifying trends, patterns, and operational insights related to passenger processing, operational performance, and system efficiency.
• Own and manage the airport analytics platforms and data architecture, ensuring scalability and alignment with future smart airport initiatives.
• Develop methods for collecting and integrating data from multiple airport operational and enterprise systems.
• Ensure data quality controls and validation mechanisms are implemented across all reporting systems.
• Support the development of the airport data integration layer connecting operational systems and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with Airport Technology Operations teams to ensure reliable data availability from airport systems.
• Work closely with airport operational departments to understand and document operational reporting requirements.
• Engage with airline partners and airport stakeholders to support operational performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all analytics processes and reporting frameworks.
• Support management decision-making by providing data-driven insights and performance reports.
• Ensure reporting platforms and data architecture are integrated seamlessly within the broader airport technology ecosystem.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (mandatory).
• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering are highly desirable.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting roles.
• Proven experience in the Airport or Airline industry.
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and reporting platforms using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience working with large operational datasets and integrating data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Business intelligence platforms (Power BI), data modeling and analytics methodologies, data governance frameworks, operational reporting, airport technology systems data integration, aviation operational metrics.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities, advanced dashboard development, ability to translate operational data into actionable insights, high attention to detail and data accuracy, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication, and ability to operate in complex operational environments.
