Responsibilities
• Facilitate real-time reporting during irregular operations (IROPS) or emergencies to ensure all stakeholders receive critical updates promptly.
• Supervise AOCC coordination and reporting activities during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate information flow between AOCC, terminal operations, airside operations, ramp control, and support units.
• Ensure accurate collection, consolidation, and validation of operational data from various sources.
• Prepare and review AOCC operational reports, dashboards, and situation summaries.
• Support AOCC Duty Manager and Senior Manager by providing timely and reliable operational reports.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and highlight deviations or trends.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of AOCC logs, records, and reports.
• Support preparation of shift handover reports and daily operational summaries.
• Ensure compliance with AOCC reporting procedures and documentation standards.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to AOCC specialists involved in coordination and reporting.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of coordination and reporting.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airport operations, AOCC/APOC, coordination, or operational reporting roles.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role is preferred.
