Responsibilities
• Monitor data integration points between internal airport systems and external stakeholder platforms to ensure end-to-end information flow.
• Supervise daily operation of AOCC systems, monitoring tools, and display platforms.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of AOCC systems used for operational monitoring and coordination.
• Monitor system performance and identify system issues, failures, or data inconsistencies.
• Coordinate with IT, technical support, and system vendors to resolve system-related issues.
• Support AOCC Manager and Supervisors by providing accurate system-based operational information.
• Ensure proper use of AOCC systems by AOCC officers and operational users.
• Support configuration, testing, and implementation of system updates or enhancements.
• Ensure accurate logging, documentation, and reporting of system incidents and outages.
• Support preparation of system-related reports and dashboards for management review.
• Participate in shift handover by providing system status updates.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of AOCC systems supervision.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airport operations systems, control centers, or operational IT support roles.
* Prior experience in a supervisory or coordination role is preferred.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards within an airport operational environment.
* Knowledge of AOCC systems, operational monitoring tools, and airport operational data flows.
* Ability to identify and troubleshoot system and data-related issues.
* Understanding of coordination between operations, AOCC, and technical support teams.
* Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
