Responsibilities
• Monitor the integrity of real-time data displayed on the Flight Information Display System (FIDS) and other operational systems to ensure public information accuracy
• Supervise AOCC operations during assigned shifts and ensure continuous situational awareness.
• Coordinate daily AOCC activities and assign tasks to AOCC Specialists and Officers.
• Monitor operational status across terminal, airside, ramp, and support functions.
• Identify operational irregularities, disruptions, or risks and escalate them in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure effective communication between AOCC and operational stakeholders.
• Support management of incidents and irregular operations under the direction of the AOCC Duty Manager.
• Ensure accurate logging, documentation, and reporting of operational events.
• Prepare and validate shift handover reports and operational summaries.
• Monitor compliance with AOCC procedures, workflows, and communication protocols.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to AOCC staff during the shift.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the AOCC Duty Manager within the scope of AOCC operations.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airport operations, operations control, or AOCC environments.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
* Familiarity with aeronautical terminology and international aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, IATA) affecting airport operations.
* Knowledge of airport operations and control center activities.
* Ability to supervise teams and manage shift-based operations.
* Understanding of operational reporting and escalation procedures.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airport operations, operations control, or AOCC environments.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
