Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure compliance with hold baggage screening (HBS) security protocols to prevent unauthorized items from entering the secure areas.
• Supervise BHS operations during assigned shifts and ensure uninterrupted baggage flow.
• Monitor BHS performance, system alerts, and operational status in real time.
• Coordinate BHS operators and ensure tasks are executed in accordance with procedures.
• Identify system irregularities, malfunctions, or operational risks and initiate immediate action.
• Escalate technical or operational incidents to the Duty Manager and relevant technical teams.
• Support coordination between BHS operations and terminal operations units.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of BHS-related incidents and activities.
• Monitor compliance with operational instructions and safety requirements within the BHS area.
• Support shift handover by preparing and communicating BHS status reports.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of BHS operations.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in baggage handling, technical operations, or airport systems operations.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
* Proficiency in using SCADA systems.
* Strong knowledge of Baggage Handling Systems and related operational processes.
* Ability to monitor system performance and respond to operational incidents.
* Understanding of shift-based operations and reporting procedures.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
