Responsibilities
• Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for AGL systems including runway, taxiway, apron, and approach lighting.
• Ensure continuous operational availability of airfield lighting systems in compliance with aviation regulations and ICAO standards.
• Supervise AGL technicians and ensure effective workforce deployment across shifts.
• Monitor system performance indicators and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Coordinate with Airside Operations and ATC for planned maintenance and operational restrictions.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and airfield safety requirements.
• Oversee contractor activities related to AGL systems when applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation and maintenance records within approved systems.
• Support system testing, calibration, and periodic inspections.
• Participate in risk assessments and safety reporting related to airside systems.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of AGL systems management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in airfield or infrastructure environments.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in airport airside systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of airfield ground lighting systems and associated control systems.
• Understanding of aviation safety and operational coordination requirements.
• Ability to manage technical teams in operational environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good coordination and communication abilities.
