Responsibilities
• Manage the IMS department budget and resources effectively to ensure all certification and compliance activities are executed within financial targets.
• Lead and manage the IMS framework, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Define IMS strategy, policies, and governance structure across all departments and business units.
• Ensure successful integration of safety, quality, environmental, and health management systems into the organization's operations.
• Coordinate with senior management to align IMS initiatives with overall organizational strategy.
• Oversee IMS audits, inspections, and internal assessments to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Monitor the effectiveness of IMS and initiate continuous improvement actions based on performance reviews.
• Provide strategic direction and support to all IMS-related projects and initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IMS-related regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
• Lead IMS management reviews, cross-functional coordination, and strategic discussions at the executive level.
• Ensure the development of a safety and quality culture by promoting best practices and driving organizational change.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management within the scope of IMS leadership.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Advanced qualifications or certifications in IMS or related disciplines are an advantage.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in quality management, safety management systems, or integrated management systems.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in a senior managerial or leadership role overseeing multiple IMS components.
• Advanced knowledge of Risk-Based Thinking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) integration within management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Integrated Management System principles, including ISO, safety, quality, environmental, and health standards.
• Strong understanding of IMS governance, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyze complex system data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
