Responsibilities
• Conduct regular safety briefings and "toolbox talks" for PBB operators to ensure high awareness of airside safety protocols.
• Supervise PBB operations during assigned shifts and ensure proper use of PBB equipment.
• Coordinate PBB activities with AOCC, ramp control, airlines, and ground handling agents.
• Monitor availability, status, and utilization of PBB equipment and report issues or outages.
• Ensure PBB operations are conducted in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements.
• Supervise PBB operators, assign tasks, and monitor performance during operations.
• Identify PBB-related incidents, equipment malfunctions, or operational risks and escalate as required.
• Ensure accurate logging, documentation, and reporting of PBB operational activities.
• Support preparation of shift handover and PBB status reports.
• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams regarding PBB faults or maintenance needs.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of PBB operations.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in airside equipment operations, PBB operations, or airport operational environments.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Understanding of international aviation safety standards (e.g., IATA AHM, IGOM) related to ground support equipment.
• Knowledge of Passenger Boarding Bridge operations and aircraft ground servicing processes.
• Understanding of coordination between AOCC, ramp control, and airline operations.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage equipment-related operational issues.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
