Responsibilities
• Monitor the functional status of check-in counter equipment (CUTE/CUPPS systems) and report technical failures to IT or maintenance teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor check-in counter usage based on flight schedules and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, terminal operations, and AOCC teams regarding counter allocation changes or adjustments.
• Monitor passenger flow and counter utilization and recommend adjustments when required.
• Update counter allocation plans and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Support AOCC in managing irregular operations by reallocating counters as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to counter allocation activities.
• Prepare reports related to counter utilization and allocation performance.
• Ensure compliance with approved counter allocation procedures and guidelines.
• Support coordination during peak periods and special operational scenarios.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of counter allocation activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in terminal operations, AOCC, or airport operational coordination roles.
• Proficiency in using Resource Management Systems (RMS) for automated or manual counter and gate allocation.
• Knowledge of terminal operations and passenger flow management.
• Understanding of airline operational requirements and check-in processes.
• Ability to analyze demand and adjust allocations accordingly.
• Strong coordination, communication, and planning skills.
