Responsibilities
• Monitor and update the Flight Information Display System (FIDS) and other passenger-facing information systems to reflect real-time flight status.
• Monitor airport operational status across terminal, airside, ramp, and support functions from the AOCC.
• Collect, update, and validate operational information and logs.
• Support coordination between AOCC and operational stakeholders during daily operations.
• Assist in identifying operational irregularities, delays, or risks and report them to supervisors.
• Support preparation of operational reports, dashboards, and situation updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of AOCC activities.
• Support shift handover activities and continuity of operations.
• Follow AOCC procedures, communication protocols, and escalation guidelines.
• Support recovery actions during irregular operations under supervisor guidance.
• Perform additional duties assigned by AOCC supervisors within the scope of AOCC activities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airport operations, operations control, or operational support roles.
• Proficiency in using airport operational software such as AODB (Airport Operational Database) and RMS (Resource Management Systems).
• Knowledge of airport operations and basic control center functions.
• Ability to monitor operational information and maintain accurate records.
• Understanding of reporting, logging, and escalation processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
