Responsibilities
Machinery Trading & Customer Support:
Install, commission, test, and demonstrate machinery supplied to customers.
Conduct machine dismantling, relocation, and reinstallation when required.
Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting services.
Train customer operators and technicians on machine operation and maintenance.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical issues, warranty claims, and spare parts requirements.
Conduct technical inspections and prepare service reports for customers.
Internal Production Line Support:
Ensure the efficient operation of the company's embroidery, sewing, and textile production machinery.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues affecting production.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase productivity and quality.
Support production teams with technical guidance and equipment optimization initiatives.
Maintain maintenance records and manage critical spare parts requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial embroidery and sewing machines or a related field.
Previous experience in a textile manufacturing environment.
Ability to train operators on machine handling and basic troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, motors, belts, gearboxes, needle mechanisms, and control panels.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and machine diagrams.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Workforce Planning
Familiarity with Odoo ERP, especially the Maintenance and Inventory modules.
5+ years of experience in industrial embroidery and sewing machines or a related field.
Previous experience in a textile manufacturing environment.
