Responsibilities
Coordination & Operational Tasks:
● Frappe Framework: Develop and customize the ERPnext system using Python: build custom apps, write server scripts , hooks, and fixtures, and manage advanced settings.
● Database: MariaDB Management: Chart Design, Query Optimization, Migration Execution and Backup.
● API Integrations: Develop REST/JSON/Webhooks Integrations with External Systems and Sancry Group Applications
● Interface development: Build custom user interfaces using JavaScript, Jinja, and HTML/CSS, and set up Print Formats, Report Builder, and Scripting Reports.
● Server Management: Manage ERPnext Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) servers: deploy, update, maintain, and monitor performance.
● Functional Units: Configure and implement requirements on all units: Accounting, Procurement, Asset Management, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Sales, Warehouse and Inventory, CRM.
● Multi-Company: Implement multi-company environments and ensure the integrity of data flow between the group's subsidiaries.
● Code management: Adjusting versions and codes.
● Coordination with external service providers:
○ Follow-up on deliveries: Follow up and technically review the deliveries of the external executor, and verify their compliance with the Group's requirements.
○ Quality Review: Evaluate third-party solutions and submit periodic audit reports to the Digital Transformation Manager.
○ Knowledge Repository: Building and maintaining an internal knowledge repository that documents technical solutions, configurations, and customizations implemented.
● Internal Coordination and Documentation:
○ Coordinate with the Business Analyst: Receive business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions on ERPnext.
○ Financial Coordination: Coordinating with the Financial Systems Manager to ensure the accuracy of the flow of accounting and financial processes within the system.
○ Technical documentation: Preparation of comprehensive technical documentation: design documents, setup manuals, change logs (Changelogs).
● Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on implementation status, technical issues, and system readiness level for the Digital Transformation Manager.

● Units: Documented experience in: Accounting, Procurement, Asset Management, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Customer Relationship Management
● Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English
