Responsibilities
General Responsibilities

Support daily logistics activities under the supervision of the Logistics Officer.

Assist with basic vehicle checks and report any issues identified.

Support warehouse and stock management activities as required.

Maintain basic asset and inventory records and report discrepancies.

Organize and maintain logistics files and documentation.

Assist in transportation and delivery of materials when needed.

Support procurement processes by collecting quotations and following up with suppliers.

Ensure proper documentation of received goods (GRNs, invoices, receipts, etc.).

Support fuel tracking and maintain vehicle logbooks as required.

Assist in basic logistics arrangements (transportation, small purchases, etc.).

Support upkeep and minor maintenance follow-up for offices and accommodation.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

Ensure compliance with NPA logistics and safety procedures during assigned tasks.

Assist in receiving goods and verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Ensure all received items are properly documented and report any discrepancies to the Logistics Officer.

Specific Duties

Support tracking of inventory and field equipment.

Assist in monitoring vehicle usage and fuel consumption.

Follow up on minor maintenance and service requests under supervision.

Support basic logistics reporting when requested.

Assist in monitoring utilities and basic needs for staff accommodation.

Qualifications
University degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.

Good language requirement for both English and Arabic – speaking, reading, and writing

Good general computer skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in the humanitarian sector, or equivalent.

Familiarity with warehouse or asset management systems is an advantage.

Previous experience with fleet management is an advantage
Good computer skills in using MS Office – Word / Excel

Experience with logistics/procurement software is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Must hold a minimum of a C-class driving license - D-class driving license is preferred
