Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive architectural and working drawings at all levels, including technical details, in accordance with approved engineering standards.
* Prepare and organize printing and submission files (Shop Drawings & Tender Drawings) with high professionalism, ensuring the quality of the final deliverables.
* Design and develop 3D models for architectural and interior projects.
* Produce high-quality, professional photorealistic renderings.
* Develop interior designs and select materials and finishes that align with project requirements and practical execution feasibility.
* Coordinate and work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team, ensuring the required level of collaboration to guarantee project success.
* Execute assigned tasks with high accuracy and strictly adhere to deadlines and approved project schedules.
* Possess strong knowledge of building materials, interior finishes, and their technical characteristics to contribute to realistic and executable designs.
* Prepare weekly reports detailing completed works, progress percentages, challenges, and project notes.
* Prepare and calculate bills of quantities (BOQ) for each project.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
* Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the same field.
* Proficiency in the following engineering software:
* AutoCAD
* 3ds Max
* V-Ray
* ARCHICAD
* Adobe Photoshop
* Proficiency in MS Office applications:
* Word
* Excel
* PowerPoint
* Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
* Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the same field.
