Responsibilities
A. Operational Responsibilities
1. Receiving & Stock Entry
•Receive shipments and verify quantities, specifications, and documentation (Delivery Notes / BOQ / Purchase Orders).
•Inspect items for damages and report discrepancies.
•Record all received items in the system and coordinate with Procurement and Finance for stock reconciliation.
2. Warehouse Operations & Stock Movement
•Prepare and issue items based on internal requests, work orders, or sales orders.
•Ensure proper stock movement using FIFO and tracking system.
•Coordinate with service, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure timely material availability.
3. Storage & Warehouse Organization
•Ensure proper storage layout and item categorization (parts, equipment, consumables).
•Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and labeling standards.
•Optimize space utilization and accessibility.
4. Inventory Control & Reporting
•Conduct periodic inventory counts (monthly / annual).
•Investigate and reconcile discrepancies.
•Prepare inventory reports and highlight risks (slow-moving, obsolete, shortages).
5. Spare Parts & Aftersales Support
•Support spare parts sales and service operations by ensuring availability of critical items.
•Assist in pricing support for maintenance activities when needed.
•Track consignment / reserved items used in field operations.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field
•2–5 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
•ERP / inventory management systems
•MS Excel and reporting tools
