Responsibilities
•Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
•System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and business applications.
•Network Management: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, and VPNs.
•Security & Compliance: Implement IT security measures, monitor threats, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
•Data Management: Support database operations, backups, and recovery procedures.
•Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
•Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external service providers and vendors for IT equipment and services.
•Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes and recommend upgrades or new solutions.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
•2–4 years of IT experience in system administration, technical support, or networking.
•Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
•Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
•Experience with ERP systems, databases, and cloud services
