Responsibilities
• Monitoring and control of obligations arising from long-term loan agreements are performed.
• Internal and external transactions required by the loan agreements related to capital increase transactions are carried out.
• Internal and external transactions required by loan agreements for additional collateral to be provided as per the loan agreement are monitored.
• Credit limit-risk tables are prepared and revised.
• Reconciliation with banks is carried out on payment periods related to finalized interest and principal payments.
• Changes to the financial model are monitored, and support is provided in answering questions asked by banks in this context. Questions, notifications, and reports from banks or technical consultants regarding the work of units related to occupational safety and health, environment-sustainability, and construction works are monitored.
• Bank approvals are followed up, and participation in necessary meetings is provided.
• Special processes such as company capital increase transactions and share transfers are managed.
• Project loan interest payments are monitored, and files are updated.
• When a new long-term loan package or company acquisition/sale transaction is being engaged, the relevant contract clauses are reviewed and opinions are provided, considering the company's interests.
• Documents that need to be completed before the loan drawdown process are obtained from internal company resources and shareholders.
• Meetings for amendments to contracts with the Grantor and/or financial institutions are being participated.
• Support is provided in the drafting of contract content by participating in negotiations related to project loans.
• Suggestions are made regarding changes to bank credit limits that will affect the company's overall financial position, and participation in relevant meetings is provided when necessary.
• Tracking commercial contracts submitted to lending banks for approval, as required by financial documents, and reporting to senior management are carried out.
• Support is provided in obtaining the information and documents requested internally to fulfill the insurance obligations in loan agreements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA or professional certification (CMA, CPA, CFA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance
• Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in handling long-term financing agreements, loan covenants, and banking relationships is essential.
• Experience in the aviation or infrastructure sector is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, loan agreements, and banking regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
