Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Automotive Trainer to design and deliver sales and technical training programs for dealership teams. The role aims to enhance product knowledge, technical skills, and sales capabilities in line with OEM standards and business objectives.
•Deliver sales training on product features, customer needs analysis, CRM usage, and customer journey.
•Conduct technical training on vehicle systems (engine, electrical, diagnostics, hybrid/EV).
•Lead product and new model launch training (PC & LCV).
•Identify training needs and implement tailored development programs.
•Develop professional training materials and evaluation tools.
•Monitor training effectiveness and report performance
improvements.
•Support onboarding and collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
•3–7 years of experience in automotive training, dealership operations, or technical instruction.
•Strong knowledge of automotive systems, sales processes, and CRM tools.
•Excellent presentation, communication, and training delivery skills.
