Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Update, organize, and maintain physical and digital staff and volunteer files and contracts safely.
• Ensure accurate data entry and document uploading into the HR ERP system.
• Handle HR correspondence, internal registrations, and document filing.
• Provide support for recruitment activities, including preparing recruitment documentation, processing job applications, performing initial CV screenings
• Assist in arranging and scheduling interviews and support the administration of pre-employment tests and assist with preparing offer letters and contracts.
• Support with staff induction and maintain training records.
• Assist in the staff learning and development activities, its administrative work, and compiling training evaluation forms.
• Keep meticulous records of staff files & timesheets, leaves of absence, performance and other employee statuses and documents to ensure HR database is of high quality and up to date.
• Assist in the preparation and the distribution of monthly timesheets of staff.
• Prepare volunteers’ monthly timesheets, payment requests, and support the Program and MEAL departments with data and tasks related to volunteer administration.
• Other duties as required in support of the running of the HR operations.

Qualifications
• A diploma or degree in HR, administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR support role, ideally at an NGO.
• Excellent spoken and written command of English and Arabic.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles is essential.
