Responsibilities
1. Valet Operations
• Receive and greet passengers and visitors at valet drop-off and pick-up points in a courteous and professional manner.
• Safely drive and park customer vehicles in designated valet parking areas.
• Retrieve customer vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring timely delivery to the pick-up zone.
• Conduct a vehicle condition check (exterior inspection) upon receipt and document any pre-existing damage.
• Ensure all vehicle keys are securely stored and accurately logged in the valet management system.
2. Customer Service
• Provide welcoming, professional, and helpful experience for all valet customers.
• Assist passengers with luggage handling as required.
• Respond to customer queries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a smart, professional appearance and always adhere to uniform standards.
3. Safety & Vehicle Care
• Drive all customer vehicles with utmost care, adhering to airport speed limits and traffic regulations.
• Report any vehicle damage, incidents, or accidents immediately to the Supervisor.
• Ensure the valet area is kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Comply with all airport security, safety, and operational regulations.
• Ensure no unauthorized persons have access to customer vehicles or key storage areas.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
• Accurately complete valet tickets, vehicle condition forms, and key logs.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicles received, parked, and returned during the shift.
• Support the Supervisor in preparing shift handover documentation.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the valet area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Car Park Operations Supervisor within the scope of the role.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in hospitality, customer service, or automotive is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in valet services, driving, or customer-facing roles. Prior experience in hotel, airport, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Valid driving license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a wide range of vehicle types including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Good time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Physical fitness to perform the role including extended periods of standing and walking.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in valet services, driving, or customer-facing roles. Prior experience in hotel, airport, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
