Responsibilities
• Oversee the development and maintenance of audit checklists and tools to ensure they reflect the latest regulatory changes and operational procedures.
• Supervise planning and execution of quality and operations audits in accordance with approved audit programs.
• Coordinate internal audits covering quality, operational compliance, and IMS requirements.
• Ensure audit activities are conducted objectively, consistently, and professionally.
• Review audit findings, observations, and non-conformities for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate follow-up and closure of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits.
• Support preparation of audit reports, summaries, and management review inputs.
• Coordinate audit schedules with operational departments to ensure minimal operational disruption.
• Monitor audit trends and identify systemic issues or improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to audit specialists.
• Ensure audit documentation, records, and evidence are properly maintained.
• Escalate significant audit findings or compliance risks to the IMS Director.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of audit supervision.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional audit certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in auditing, quality management, or operational compliance roles.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or audit lead role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Risk-Based Auditing (RBA) approaches to prioritize high-risk operational areas during the audit planning phase.
• Knowledge of audit principles, methodologies, and compliance assessment techniques.
• Understanding of operational processes and quality management systems.
• Ability to analyze audit results and identify root causes and improvement actions.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
• Professional audit certifications are an advantage.
