Responsibilities
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for airside and landside infrastructure including roads, pavements, drainage systems, utility networks, and external works.
• Supervise infrastructure supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Monitor condition assessments and implement corrective actions for infrastructure defects.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, civil regulations, and aviation operational requirements.
• Oversee contractor activities related to infrastructure maintenance when applicable.
• Support rehabilitation, resurfacing, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Participate in risk assessments related to infrastructure resilience and operational continuity.
• Support emergency repair works during infrastructure-related incidents.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of infrastructure maintenance management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in infrastructure or civil maintenance.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in airport or large infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure maintenance practices.
• Understanding of pavement systems, drainage networks, and external works.
• Ability to manage technical teams in operational environments.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination and troubleshooting skills
