Responsibilities
• Oversee the performance of security contractors and service providers to ensure adherence to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and security standards.
• Supervise daily aviation security management operations to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and report security-related incidents, breaches, and irregularities to senior management.
• Coordinate with security teams, airport operations, and law enforcement agencies to address security threats or incidents.
• Implement and monitor aviation security programs, including screening processes, access control, and surveillance.
• Ensure the availability and operational readiness of security equipment and systems.
• Support the training and development of aviation security personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle security challenges.
• Review and update security procedures and protocols as required by regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in investigations and provide support for security audits and assessments.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of security drills and exercises.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of security-related activities.
• Perform additional duties assigned by senior management within the scope of aviation security.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Security, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in aviation security or law enforcement, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes specifically related to aviation security screening.
• Knowledge of aviation security regulations, protocols, and best practices.
• Understanding of risk management and incident response techniques in aviation security.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate security teams during operations and incidents.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in aviation security or law enforcement, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
