Responsibilities
• Insurance coverage is provided to secure the risks and assets related to the operations of UCK Airports 1 LLC and other companies.
• The insurance needs of UCK Airports 1 LLC and other group companies are determined via consultation with shareholders’ insurance managements.
• Offers are obtained from the insurance market and reviewed.
• Sector analyses and comparisons of similar policy costs are performed.
• After the necessary policies are agreed upon, approval is obtained from senior management depending on the policy premium.
• In case of damage, the damage process is managed and compensation is provided.
• Increases in premium levels are monitored based on past damage data.
• Potential risks in UCK's damage processes are identified and included in the policy coverage.
• Additional coverage that will benefit the company is agreed upon.
• Insurance policies are reviewed in lease and service procurement contracts signed by UCK, and the contracts are monitored.
• Relationships with the insurance companies, brokers, agents, and UCK are managed to protect the company's interests.
• Risk analysis and valuation processes are managed.
• Insurance payment installments are monitored.
• Communication is established with the Treasury Department regarding the processing of insurance payments.
• Damage invoices are shared with the Accounting Department to ensure the accounting of damage compensation and policy records.
• Insurance budgets are created and monitored.
• Support is obtained from the Occupational Safety and Health Department in obtaining accident reports in case of damage.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management. Professional insurance certification (e.g., CIP, CPCU, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in insurance and risk management,
• Minimum 3-5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Experience in managing complex insurance portfolios (property, casualty, liability) and handling claims is required.
• Experience in the construction, aviation, or infrastructure sector is a strong plus.
