Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise area sales activities and sales teams across the assigned area.
- Propose and set annual and monthly area sales targets, including sales forecasts, sales development objectives, and productivity targets.
- Propose and establish annual sales budgets for the assigned area.
- Set and define Sales Supervisors’ targets and goals in line with sales unit objectives and company goals.
- Achieve company goals by SKUs and channels according to the approved area sales budget.
- Provide periodic sales reports to the direct superior.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures, including HR-related procedures, by all sales team members in the assigned area.
- Ensure implementation of best practice tools and merchandising standards by all sales team members as per the approved plan.
- Monitor cost control and profitability enhancement through reducing relevant costs, monitoring and developing customer deals, and improving sales truck productivity.
- Evaluate sales team performance according to performance measurements, standards, and the company performance system.
- Define, set, and recommend area needs, including sales team requirements, trucks, recruitment, and sales team reallocation according to the plan.

* Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
