Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team to achieve the sales target according to the assigned area.
- Propose annual and monthly objectives, including sales forecasts, sales development objectives, and productivity targets.
- Propose annual sales budgets for the assigned area.
- Assign and distribute sales targets across the sales team.
- Achieve 100% of annual sales, productivity, and planned objectives according to the approved plan and budget.
- Provide the Retail and Key Accounts Manager / direct manager with sales and productivity reports.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures by all sales team members in the area.
- Ensure implementation of the sales plan according to the defined tools and methods.
- Support company profitability by reducing sales distribution costs.
- Implement merchandising plans and standards according to the approved policy.
- Ensure all sales agreements, promotions, and offers are executed as planned.
- Evaluate sales representatives' performance according to the company's performance management system.
- Develop and train all sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Perform other administrative duties as agreed with the direct manager.

* Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
