Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including salary calculations, adjustments, deductions, overtime, allowances, and final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Administer, review, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs in alignment with approved HR policies, internal equity, and business requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain salary structures, grading systems, job evaluation frameworks, and compensation benchmarks to support fair and competitive pay practices.
- Prepare compensation budgets, payroll forecasts, annual labor cost analyses, and periodic reports covering labor costs, attendance, overtime, turnover, and related workforce metrics.
- Lead and coordinate annual salary reviews, promotion cycles, incentive schemes, and merit increase processes in line with approved policies and management decisions.
- Ensure full compliance of payroll, compensation, benefits, tax, labor law, and social security processes with applicable regulations and internal governance requirements.
- Handle and resolve employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, benefits, incentives, final settlements, and compensation-related matters with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor compensation data, payroll trends, and workforce cost indicators to provide insights and recommendations that support management decisions.
- Maintain accurate payroll, compensation, and benefits records, ensuring proper documentation, confidentiality, audit readiness, and alignment with HR and Finance requirements.
