Main Purpose of Job:

To draft designs and drawings that meet specified requirements to serve as a visual guide during the construction process.

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings and related data to evaluate factors affecting component designs.
- Prepare all isometric and orthographic projections, perspectives and elevations for accurate drawings.
- Prepare complete and detailed drawings conforming to the company's standards, based on given specifications and calculations.
- Develop drawings using Computer Aided Design (CAD), drafting machines or manually using compasses, dividers and protractors.
- Support and guide other junior draftsmen to ensure the quality and accuracy of drawings.
- Work closely and maintain communications with Design Engineers regarding drawing specifications.
- Finish and duplicate drawings and documentation packages, according to the required mediums and specifications.
- Perform any other work related duties as assigned by Direct Manager.

Safety responsibilities and accountability

- Adhere to wear public safety equipment, such as helmets, protective shoes, and glasses.
- Follow the public safety rules issued by safety officers inside the project.
- Participate in the safety committee meeting of the Public Safety Committee, and contribute to the submission of suggestions that will improve the working environment.
