Responsibilities
As a member of our Human Resources team, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent sourcing to interviewing, candidate assessment, selection, and onboarding. Your contribution will play a key role in attracting outstanding professionals who support the company's continued growth and success.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

• CV screening, candidate assessment, and selection.
• LinkedIn Recruitment and modern sourcing techniques.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines and candidate databases
