Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance:
Drive showroom sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare sales reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients
Customer Experience:
Ensure a welcoming, professional, and high-quality customer experience
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales issues promptly
Maintain excellent product knowledge to advise customers accurately
Team Leadership & Management:
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate showroom staff
Schedule staff shifts and manage performance evaluations
Foster a positive, collaborative, and sales-driven team culture
Visual Merchandising & Showroom Standards
Ensure the showroom layout, displays, and merchandise align with brand guidelines
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom
Coordinate product launches and in-showroom promotions
Inventory & Operations:
Oversee stock levels, ordering, receiving, and inventory control
Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and head office as needed
Administration & Compliance:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Manage cash handling, POS systems, and documentation accurately

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience in retail or showroom management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Skills & Competencies:

Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office applications
