Responsibilities
1-Develop detailed project work plans, timelines, and budgets.
2-Lead project implementation and ensure adherence to plans.
3-Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
4-Supervise project coordinators and field teams.
5-Prepare regular project progress reports for donors and management.
6-Coordinate with MEAL team on monitoring and evaluation activities.
7-Identify and manage project risks.
8-Ensure compliance with donor contractual requirements.
9-Coordinate with logistics and finance on procurement and payments.
10-Facilitate project team meetings and ensure effective communication.
11-Document lessons learned and best practices.
12-Manage project closure processes including final reporting.

Qualifications
1-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
2-If the degree is not directly related, at least 3 years of project management experience in NGOs.
3-Languages:
-Arabic is the primary language.
-Very good English.
