Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record managing high-scale, complex projects (government projects preferred)
- International Corporate Experience

- Budget Responsibility
- Matrix Management
- Languages: Fluent English & Arabic
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred
- IT Knowledge: Sufficient technical literacy to oversee tech-heavy deliverables and communicate effectively with technical departments and suppliers
- Intercultural Competence: Deep understanding of Middle Eastern business culture as well as experience bridging Eastern and Western working styles
