Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide financial compliance monitoring and risk-based reviews. Present compliance findings
and recommendations to senior management committees.
Interpret and advise on complex financial regulations, accounting standards, and regulatory changes.
Drive compliance readiness for regulatory inspections and audits at both local and international levels.
Develop, evaluate, and strengthen financial compliance risk frameworks.
Mentor and guide Financial Compliance Analysts and junior staff, ensuring capacity building.
Collaborate with senior business leaders to integrate compliance considerations into financial and strategic
decisions.
Deliver comprehensive financial compliance dashboards, risk reports, and key compliance metrics to senior
management.
Oversee the review of financial statements and transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Monitor remediation of significant findings from internal/external audits and regulators. Maintain accurate
compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit trails. Escalate significant compliance
issues to senior leadership and recommend corrective actions.
Support the development and maintenance of robust internal controls for fraud prevention, financial
misstatements, and operational risks.
Act as senior advisor to the Finance Director, Compliance Committee, and Board Audit & Risk Committees
and recommendations to senior management committees.

Bachelor's Degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Pubic Administration or business administration, and other related
field
or any related field
Master's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics, Pubic Administration or business administration, and other related
field
Minimum 5 years working experience, 3 years relevant working experience, 2 years GCC experience is a
plus.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
