Responsibilities
Execution requirements across visual design, art direction, copywriting, brand positioning, and other disciplines
Conceptualize and develop big creative ideas that promote the brand from an always on perspective and push
tactical offers during seasonal campaigns.
Develop weekly/monthly storyboards that integrate key photography and videography with well-designed
layouts and typography to inspire the juniors to develop the companies social calendar, blog and email
communications
Develop and implement Group's creative strategy
Generate clear ideas and concepts in line with the brand and campaign requirements.
Produce concepts, sketches, key visuals, storyboards for campaign Ideation
Develop visual and conduct experiments for both traditional and digital marketing channels
Take brand ownership and streamline brand identity implementation across all markets.
Manage the full campaign development process from concept to final execution within deadlines
Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
Manage the Company's visual brand assets, subscriptions, licenses
Manage brand photoshoots and video shoots
Present completed ideas to the management and marketing team
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices to keep the brand relevant in the industry from a visual
perspective

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Graphics Design
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create visually stunning and effective
marketing materials.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role
